Quick solutions to common problems with beta Retrospect devices.

1. The camera doesn't turn on.

It’s likely just empty. Place the camera in direct sunlight for a few hours.

2. It doesn't turn on, even charging it in the sun doesn't help.

That’s weird. Likely the battery is completely empty. Charge it with the included cable for an hour. This will reset the electronics as well.

3. There's a timestamp showing the wrong date on my picture.

This shouldn’t occur, but if it does, copy the blank data file in the ‘Retrospect_help’ folder of the SD card to the main (root) folder of the SD card.
